Features marked "Coming soon" are not yet available in cotobo (in design or development). We’re currently in beta, so plan-based limits are not enforced yet — every listed feature is free to use. Plan-based limits will apply once paid plans launch.
FAQ
What is the 30-day Pro trial?
For 30 days after you sign up, every Pro plan feature is automatically available to try. No application or credit card is required.
What happens after the trial ends?
After 30 days, you’re automatically switched to the Free plan — no charge occurs at that point. You’ll only need to sign up for a paid plan if you want to keep using Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Standard and Pro are monthly plans you’ll be able to cancel anytime. Your lesson records, notebooks, and other data won’t be deleted after cancelling. Billing is still being set up, so we’ll share how to cancel once Standard/Pro go live.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You’ll be able to upgrade to Standard as your student list grows, or to Pro once you need the automation features — right from the app, anytime. Downgrading will work the same way.
What can I do on the Free plan?
With up to 5 active students, cotobo’s core features — lesson records, notebooks, student portals, calendar sync, and more — are free indefinitely. You won’t need to upgrade for features until your student list grows.
What payment methods are supported?
This is still being set up. We’ll announce supported payment methods, such as credit cards, on this page once billing goes live.
